Information We Use
ScoutAxis may store account details, session data, plan status, Discord-linked identifiers, and contact form messages when needed to operate the service.
Authentication
Discord OAuth is used for login. Authorized admin status is determined by matching the returned Discord identity against the configured admin list.
Payments
Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. ScoutAxis does not store raw payment card details on its own servers.
Operational Use
Stored information is used to grant access, maintain subscriptions, route support requests, and improve product reliability.
